replacing damaged fendering on an Arran 16

The above link shows you the damage to the Port side fendering on an Arran 16 caused by it rubbing against its pontoon during a storm.
The first job was to remove the nose cone via two stainless screws.
I put the fendering on in one long strip so as the starboard side is fine I cut the fendering in half right at the bow.Then using a screwdriver I levered the damaged fendering off by applying pressure next to the rivets which secure it.
